The Bosch Rebar Cutter is for rotary drilling in-situ reinforcing bars embedded in concrete. Rotary Rebar cutters are designed for use in SDS plus hammer drills with the Hammer action TURNED OFF. Drilling with the hammer action switched on will result in serious damage to the cutter. Please read the instructions provided and use the recommended R.P.M'S. This Products Comes With NO GUARANTEE.

When rebar is encountered during hammer drilling
with a normal SDS plus bit, immediately stop the
rotary hammer and remove the bit from the hole.

Mount a rotary rebar cutter in the SDS plus rotary hammer with
the hammer action switched OFF. Insert the rebar cutter into the
hole and start it rotating above the steel. Slowly lower on to the
rebar, exerting steady pressure to make sure the cutter is actually
cutting and not just spinning on the top of the metal, as this can
cause hardening of the tool.
